Vaughn J. Buffalo received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College in Physics and History (1988) and his law degree from Columbia Law School (1993).

Following law school, Mr. Buffalo gained his legal expertise at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison from 1993 to 1996 and at Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw from 1996 to 2000 where he specialized in securities law and corporate transactions.

In early 2000, Mr. Buffalo joined an Internet startup, ebricks.com (which became Cephren, Inc.), as General Counsel and Director of Business Development. After Cephren merged with Bidcom to form Citadon, Inc., Mr. Buffalo joined Brauner, Baron, Rosenzweig & Klein LLP as Of Counsel from 2001 through 2003.
