Representation of Specialty Temps, Inc. whose assets were purchased by a larger staffing company, including the negotiation of two employment contracts and the termination and payout of a lender’s factoring agreement with the client. The aggregate purchase price was approximately $500,000, including a complicated earnout formula and upfront cash.
